About Dermorphin

Dermorphin is a naturally occurring heptapeptide opioid originally isolated from the skin of South American frogs (Phyllomedusa sauvagei). It is a high-affinity mu-opioid receptor (MOR) agonist approximately 30-40 times more potent than morphine in receptor binding studies.
